Exercise can impact your physical and emotional health after treatment. Physical activity does not have to be difficult to count as exercise. A personalized exercise program helps you become physically active no matter how you feel, no matter what your previous exercise experience had been and regardless of any physical limitations you may have from treatment. Exercise can help you overcome the sense of being an "ill" person and prepare you to live the rest of your life to the fullest!
